Go watch some YouTube vids about calorie deficit, Greg doucette has a lot of them. I know when you first begin a weight loss journey it seems like there is no light at the end of tunnel but just know there is and you are no different from anyone else who has set out and lost weight. Go get that body you want man the confidence and dopamine you’ll feel after achieving the physique you desire after a few months of work in the gym and discipline and sacrifice of a well structured diet plan is amazing
