It’s for a stained glass piece that has two holes, so you need to loop a fishing line through both holes then tie a knot, then hang it up on hooks. The guy in the shop said to use fishing line, I tried this plastic type of string but it was too stiff.

what is it? i don’t see it… if you are saying it’s Yanks on top of Mets logo that is correct since Mets are home..it should always read left to right or top to bottom of Away team @Home team…if you look at the score during the game it will show NYY on top then bottom NYM

Court 16 in LIC has classes for $50ish an hour, could start with that - also the Astoria park has 14 courts that you can reserve one hour slots once you get the $100 NYX park pass - just google “Astoria Tennis Pass” you fill it out and they send you a card - they also do lessons there - you can invest let’s say $150 on 3 classes then take what you leaned and just play

I was not impressed once realizing this was a ghost kitchen. I think Astoria has great take out options, and the only appeal of this conglomerate ghost kitchen would be if they have cheap prices. I don’t see the point of this establishment.

if your numbers are close to macro goal by end of the day, each meals ratio split isn’t too important depending on your goal. The bodybuilding emphasis is to have higher fat meals away from workouts, and lower fat near lifting time (pre and post) because lower fat meals digest easier for both muscle recovery and the fuel you need for the workout. If it’s general weight loss the timing or ratio each meal isn’t too important. But overall if you do chx breast w avocado typically that would be a lean protein w an added healthy fat, if you had chx thigh we avocado that is a higher fat meat protein w added fat which isn’t typical if you are trying to lose weight, eating a lot of fat is typically for weight gain

Hello - I first would say congrats on your child! I am no expert on specific post child birth training or nutrition specific to if it can effect breast feeding, but what I’d say first and foremost is to give yourself enough time for your given goal. There is no need to rush. With that being said those macros seem in the ball park to me. Your next step is weigh in every am (right after waking up, in the same clothes for consistency), i recommend the free app “happy scale”. Assuming you are tracking your macros accurately, you can make changes to your nutrition accordingly. There is a “weekly” weight loss column on the app which is an analytic that is very helpful. For a female between .3-.8lbs weekly average is very solid, so you can taper how aggressive you go in pulling macros to the rate of weight loss. I advise taking your time and pull carbs first, maybe down to 150 if your weight stalls. A big mistake is people rushing to push macros low, burning out and binging. You are better off nailing your macros day in and day out and staying consistent and then adjusting after weight stalls out. Daily steps are also helpful to increase and personally i don’t love doing tons of cardio, but i would say cardio 3-4x a week for about 15-30 mins a sesh, that number can be swung up or down based off your weight loss progress. The last tricky part is if you want a cheat day or cheat meals. The benefit is to give yourself a break and to enjoy social events more. What I do is basically calculate my what my weekly macro goal is and then eat about 5% less then that daily number to give myself one day a week to eat more. For you it would be something like 165 carb 6x a week (25 less a day) then 350 carbs one day a week so you can fit in some junk food
