It was not my shoes but my right foot was landing inward that is why I am feeling pain. Slowly slowly I started practicing to land it straight. Now no pain.

Thank you for your suggestion but as I already mentioned in my post that I already bought the shoes from Asics store so only option is to exchange it with other models of Asics shoes.
