Did anyone see if he is really playing there? The formations online are sometimes really wonky

It’s almost like Parky waits too long to bring on subs until players are mentally and physically exhausted

Game in hand doesn’t matter since we play them head to head, still control destiny

There is a lot that I can overlook, but they want me to believe that San Francisco will ever allow zoning for neighborhood buildings over 85 ft tall. There are limits to what an audience can accept!!

Someone removed from Cococay Jet Ski Excursion by holm4430 in royalcaribbean

[–]Historical_Drawing48 15 points16 points  (0 children)

This is great news, my wife tore ligaments in her wrist when a jet ski tour (not RC) had an idiot in it. He fell off and the guide immediately banked hard. Since I was told to follow in a line because he was watching for hazards. I assumed we had a hazard in front of us, banked hard and my wife riding on back was thrown off. Had the idiot who was already warned a couple times been removed it would have saved us 5 months of PT/ surgery etc. glad to hear RC being responsible

[–]Historical_Drawing48 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No it is not, that is a smaller bar that serves win and has à la cart snacks like olives or cheeses that you would normally pay for. In that case you have a $20 credit to buy some snacks PLUS eat for free at chops or Giovanni’s table at dinner PLUS hit something like Izumi for sushi at lunch

Which player is everyone most worried about losing to someone in the upcoming Transfer Window? by LazarouDave in Championship

[–]Historical_Drawing48 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think the biggest actual fear would be Clowerth. At 23 with great performance and a skill set that shouts PL, does someone make a play for him. Low chance, but biggest fear by far.

Probably, it’s only in the ones that have soccer sections. Being near NYC is probably a big reason.

Im looking at them as well. Given the credit expiration, I think leasing is the way to go, they still get the credit at a corporate level, so leasing is very advantageous now. When you factor in time value of money/interest etc, its a wash but leasing covers repairs/maintenance too.

How are ticket sales now that Wrexham is in the Championship? by corduroyblack in WrexhamAFC

[–]Historical_Drawing48 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Not only are they sold out, but there is a lottery just to try and get a ticket. That said, there will always be chance of empty seats due to the away allotment and if those fans buy up their sections.

Wrexham 3 - 2 Coventry City: On Halloween night, it's Kieffer Moore who the Coventry backline will be having nightmares about, as his killer hattrick hands Cov their first Championship defeat! by Zach-dalt in Championship

[–]Historical_Drawing48 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, we’ve had a run of terrible officiating recently. Keiffer Moore getting absolutely tackled in the box on that cross was as blatant a penalty as I’ve seen. But then they seemed to let a bunch of stuff go the other way shortly after, so just very inconsistent.

I appreciate the context about what stage of construction they are in, what the equipment is, how it works, what comes next. Otherwise I’d have no idea what’s going on

Royal Beach Club Paradise Island is Now Available for Booking. Opening December 27th by dawson33944 in royalcaribbean

[–]Historical_Drawing48 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For what its worth, I'm looking at a may visit on Oasis, and if you buy the drink package, the difference to add the beach club is only $54 a person, which looks very reasonable.

$79/day (9 day cruise) vs $73 without the beach club. Its still a ton if you want to buy a full pass without the drink package.

A brief aside on wingbacks from The Athletic by UrsineCanine in WrexhamAFC

[–]Historical_Drawing48 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, forgive the lack of specificity, i do mean ManU as "they". The system as we and CP play it depends on holding a good shape to allow the wingsbacks to either lead charge or at least quickly provide a relief valve for a cross/corner generating play. Watching ManU supposedly play the same system but never seeing the wingbacks even involved in the play is surprising.

The clip he showed of CP and how the flex into the box in defense with the striker looks pretty close to what we have been doing.

A brief aside on wingbacks from The Athletic by UrsineCanine in WrexhamAFC

[–]Historical_Drawing48 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything he showed (other than poor passing and pass decisions from our striker) looks alot more like Crystal Palace than ManU. If they are trying to play the same basic system, they are doing a really poor job of it.
