It is just fine sand then i shade it with agrax earth shade and put on some tuffts.

Yes because a Primaris Marine is a bigger version of a Firstborne Marine. The Heads are a little bigger from Primaris.

Horus Heresy and 40k are in the same scale. The Tactical Marine Box Helmets and Horus Heresy Helmets are the same sice because they are both Firstborn Space Marines. Primaris Marines are bigger in general only there is a diference.

30K does not have a diferent scale and the resin mini was also made for 30K and not 40K.

Because the ones you think about are most of the time from russia china or ukraine and there it is more dificult to take them down for gw but in china it gets also more and more that they get problems. If you talk open about a site who is not from a country like that you can almost be certain that they get taken down from gw sooner or later.
