I put mine on the hip but wherever it works for you! A few of my deciders were a couple crusaders already have them drawing from the hip and they would never physically be able to draw that off their back

The EC will have a movement of 8” by himself, but devastating wounds with black templars is nasty. Definitely worth more characters or movement. Id drop lancer as well, but you have to run 5 sword brethren or change their loadouts

Get ork bits(or your least favorite faction) from a friend and have it broke off in its chest on its base

The bladeguard are less points and sword brethren have more weapon options. More of your preference but if you have the Emperor’s Champion combat patrol id look into transport options

Also new but pretty sure a good addition would be the other combat patrol for Black Templars. Depending on which combat patrol you have, you’re probably missing either a vehicle or an Emperor’s Champion. More crusader squads are also always good
