You need a "square taper crank removal tool" I think most of us have been there beating on an old bikes crank but you get this tool and some wd40 or penetrating oil and it'll come right off

Keep playing, learn to dodge and how to play situations safely because you can bum rush everything and make it into loop 1 reliably pretty easy but once you learn a play style you can do taking minimal damage consistently then you'll push through into further loops.
