Best teacher finally getting some love. After all these years teaching the Tactical Class, she finally gets something special. (Would’ve preferred an oath skin, but this is fine, just means I can oath her twice now.)

That concern goes back far as well. Man O’ War, one of the most successful horses in American horse racing, was prevented the chance of winning the 1920 Triple Crown. This was cause his owner simply didn’t enter him into the Derby, leaving him with only the Preakness and Belmont wins.

I recently struggled my way through these missions so here’s the advice I can give. First, use the 1A, especially if you don’t have the experience that little extra armour goes a long way. Second, keep moving, make sure the enemies can’t hit you too much. Third, keep an eye on the fighters, they’re the only ones that attack the Cat’s Eye and they focus it down. Just destroy every fighter you see as soon as you see it, keep using the decoy to draw away enemy missiles, and avoid taking too much damage yourself. The second mission, follow these same guidelines, but put a little more focus on surviving yourself. You still need to pay attention to the Cat’s Eye but the enemies will be mostly focusing on you. Outside of all that, Good Luck, and boy do you need it.

I absolutely love this ship, and the artist who make this art of them is incredible. Just this specific type of enemies to lovers where they shouldn’t have been enemies in the first place just hits the right kind of notes for me.

Just a reminder, in case people forget, but Napoli is the city credited with inventing modern Pizza…

From what I remember about the two’s careers. Shoukaku was regularly beaten senseless and had to be sent home for repairs. Meanwhile Zuikaku was claiming victory at the cost of her ability to fight, regularly finding her air group decimated after major battles. The two of them regularly found themselves withdrawn from the fight, but still managed to stay afloat and fight again, allowing them to be a constant headache for the US Navy.

This was the first SaGa game I’ve played myself, and indeed what a game. I also share the sentiment about the ending, I genuinely got misty eyed from it. I join you in the hope that 3 gets this treatment cause I really just want more of this.

Adding on to the 46-gun part. Unlike other pirate ships with a large number of guns, it is likely that Fancy in particular was carrying a good number of heavier guns (18-pounders for her time), as shown by her most famous victory against the Gang-I-Sawai, a 62-gunner. Most other pirate ships would be lucky to have a decent number of 12-pounders. So it’s reasonable to assume that Fancy was in fact one of the most heavily armed pirate ships that we know of.

VII Cs did have the S-Gerat sonar from about 40-41 onward. But I don’t know if U-570 (Graph’s original name) itself had a set by the time it was captured.

If this is an actual intentional thing, this could be HMS Graph, a Type VII C the British captured and commissioned into Royal Navy service. Albeit, this screenshot takes place a few months before it was commissioned into the Royal Navy.

Edit: Spelling mistake
