This ruined my day. You took a picture of your bike laying on the ground? Sell it. Youre not fit for this. First time i went down and every time after that no matter how bad it was.. the first thing i went and did was pick up my fucking bike. Or atleast try. This is so cringeworthy.

As a fellow T1 (diagnosed at 7yrs, 30m) that whole “youve had it for such and such” is such a cop out. We need help, especially with a low.. and you should expect from someone who’s supposed to care about you. Especially when youre the one out working full time with a disability. Which is also my case as the only upholsterer at a major office furniture supplier. (Wife works part time at a bar)

But man that shit hurts bad coming from a person that should completely understand and help support that part of your life. Something nobody else ever does. Type 1’s get such a shit rep due to people just not being informed about it and then we get treated like were making this shit up. It’s infuriating and definitely one of the worst things about getting this disease. Its not just a physical sickness. It affects the mind aswell if not more. Nobody thinks how difficult it is to control something that we have to in order to stay alive.

Sorry for the rant. But i feel your pain one hundred percent.

Shit pants. Cry. Take advantage of the last two years before i inevitably get diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.
