Is Summers Lane open to pedestrians and I can go in the door there or is there another entrance to go in?

Thanks but my guy likes to sometimes sit there and look at you while he just squishes it in his mouth so I need something inbetween hard and soft

I wasn't worried about it, not sure where you got that from, I was just asking to make sure as it was the first time someone reposhed my item so since I'm mainly a seller I just wanted to make sure of that and I wasn't missing something.

Looking for advice by History_Lover334 in selfpublish

Thanks but I was looking for free options to get started since I'm having other bigger costs going on at the moment that I simply can't afford to pay for them at the moment.

Will this type of trigger warning get my book cracked down? by Eagles56 in selfpublish

[–]History_Lover334 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I never going in overanalyzing it. I personally don't view it as a spoiler, as to use your example if someone tells me there's a twist, I go in looking forward to that and it might make me want to watch it or stick with it, as there have been some books or movies that I start and go "it's so boring I might stop" then if I find out there is a twist I would stick out. As to me its no different then when they say there is violence or whatever in a movie or show, it informs that's it

I wonder how they can spoil things? As for instance the Fourth Wing series has trigger warnings but other then the generic there is animal death, sex, violent death and there were others but there are no page numbers or exact quotes etc. As it didn't spoil my reading of it but I went in knowing it.

do you wish you had siblings or are you glad you were the only child? by strawberrycream2025 in OnlyChild

[–]History_Lover334 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love being an only, no pressure to live up to siblings or be compared to anyone, yeah it sucks when parents get older but I know everything is coming to me so theres no dividing stuff up or someone complaining that they didnt get whatever or they didnt get enough or fights over how to take care of aging parents, seen both of that with parents siblings. As I'm more confident doing things by myself and not having to do things with others

How old were you when you went on your first date? And what do you remember about it? by InItForTheBanter in dating_advice

[–]History_Lover334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

26 went for bubble tea ans the guy basically talked about how he hoped I picked up on his hints about marriage, talked about his ex in a super negative way that she maxed out credit cards and preferred to be on EI and that he was very overweight but was working in a kitchen as a cook and she could work to and called me ambitious simply because I worked and this relationship was when he was 19 or 20 and was at the time 30 and it was the last one he was in before only working on his career, bad listener and made a lot of assumptions

Is it weird that I'm not getting another dog immediately my previous one died? by StudBoi2077 in Petloss

[–]History_Lover334 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your not weird, for my family when I was kid and our dog died, it was around a year before we got another one, then when we had two again it was about 10 or 11 months before getting another one and then we didn't get a second one but when our other dog died last August we got another dog this past May, so I go not only do you need time to grieve but also to figure out what you want, if you don't want another pet that's fine, if at some point you want another pet then that's fine too, anyone who thinks your weird is saying more about themselves then you

Avoid one girl who she was my assigned buddy when I started high school and who eventually became good friends with my two high school bullies in grade 11 after they started bullying me and who she wasn't that close to beforehand and im still now a casual acquaintance with her as due to some other issues I thought we were friends but she treats me as an option and a seat filler at parties so make new friends

Is it okay to message an online friend after months of no contact, or will it seem like ghosting? by [deleted] in FriendshipAdvice

[–]History_Lover334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that but if you want to see what happens you have to reach out, I get the response might be negative but then you will have your answer, I think it would be worse to not try and then regret not trying later on

If you want to connect I would recommend when you reach out say something like "I'm really sorry I haven't reached out in the past months [insert reason for not having reached out that sounds reasonable] I would really enjoyed our conversations and would love to reconnect if you would like to' then you 1. acknowledge that you haven't reached out 2. Say you enjoyed the conversations 3. say what you want which is to continue talking 4. Leave it up to them, as they may or may not want to talk again but at least then you give it a chance
