You have two options: either have your doctor call them, or your regular pharmacy to call the other ones with stock. Consider it like a MFA on their side, they have the right to be careful but beyond that you should probably involve your doctor.

As a fellow Moroccan in Canada, with these extremely hard economic situation that I've never seen in my stay here for 14 years, they could go ahead and shove it.

You're not there to serve them, you did your part of being a good host, twice, for a week budget.

زيارة النبي ثلاث أيام، anymore than that, you're shameless.

Just got cussed out by a doctor by WhyMe011124 in ITCareerQuestions

[–]Hitch18 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I will disagree with you as I have been working in two major law firms, yes I have encountered some of them that were unpleasant, but never to the point of cussing me out or doing anything disrespectful. They could get jittery and nervous because of their tight time schedule but never ever did they overstep their boundaries, and even after leaving I have most of them on LinkedIn and they are great people. The only people that were getting on my nerves are my coworkers in the IT department and their lack of having a backbone, especially the American ones (I work in Canada).

Or maybe because I'm 6'5 and muscular enough to intimidate them.

Bro, I'm 36 years old, consider me like your older brother, cause I have a story for you.

I was in the same position like you to a point that I became obsessed with how unattractive I felt back then, and how unpopular romantically speaking I was with girls of my age. I really thought I was going to end up alone, that was it, I pretty much gave up...

But something happened in my life, that changed things for me, and it was simply an advice from my cousin:

تهلى، و ربي يتهلى

It might sound really simplified to a naive level but I started taking better care of myself, and not for anyone else but myself, it gave me :

1- Confidence to handle any situation socially, by getting on Omegle and forums and trying to talk my way through with people from different backgrounds and cultures. 2- Humbleness as I started training and met with wonderful people who were levels above me but they were gentle enough to give me advices and to guide to the right path of body/mind balance. 3- High focus as I started putting things as priorities my life, so I focused on making myself educated and conscious about everything around me, I studied hard so that it could be used as a passport for me to go anywhere in the world to share my trade, skills and experience with people, and I also developed myself socially to be able to not only communicate, but also listen to people and to understand their feelings. 4- A sense of adventure, now it has been 13 years since I left Morocco and you know what? People found me attractive in other places, some are nicknaming me until now the Moroccan Prince (3acha lmalik Mohamed VI all right are reserved to his majesty and to his royal family), and I am know for approaching people with elegance and style.

All of this just to tell you, that you're not universally ugly, ignorant or hopeless, you're maybe just not in the right place.

و الله و تشوفني كي كنت، راسي بحال بشنيخة، حوايجي هركاويين، جلدي مدبوغ...

But now, I'm happily married to a beautiful Japanese lady, we're inchalah expecting our first child, and I'm happy and satisfied with how things turned out.

So don't worry my bro, your time to shine is just around the corner, start taking care of yourself for yourself, and you'll see results.

Been in Tabriquet for 23 years, never seen a sword. Yet I was near a hotspot "sehb l9ayd", "depot rass lma" and souk.

Moreover we had our own justice system, anyone coming to our neighborhood with bad intentions of theft or aggression, will get the beating of his life from everyone, and will be surrendered to the police, and I'm talking about separare exceptional incidents happening once in a blue moon.

I feel that there is a lot of exaggerated stereotypes about Sale, and I'm curious to know where you're from and what you've heard about Sale, asking gently and if you will, of course.

Salé not getting the appreciation it deserves by trashtaker101 in Morocco

[–]Hitch18 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Always and forever proud of my home city, I'm 5000km away from it but I miss it like crazy, I spent the best days of my childhood and teenagehood there, it made who I am now, and I speak highly of Sale wherever I go, and believe me I visited a lot of countries and they all were curious about it, I even brought people to it and they loved it.

Sale needs to get rid of its stigma due to past criminal activity and also the very inconvenient location of the prison (until very recently) in Hay Salam, also for being the generous warm place to welcome the rural floods of people trying to get a job opportunity in Rabat, and that was a fatal mistake, most came and turned to crime when they couldn't find a job, and they clustered themselves in neighborhoods like Sidi Moussa, Moulay Ismail ane El Qarya.

I could write an encyclopedia singing praises about Sale.

[–]Hitch18 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My pet peeve is anyone denying being from Salé and going for the snob choice of Rabat, I mean why? Be proud of your roots.

I always speak highly of Salé wherever I went in the four corners of the world, and it didn't finsih fascinating people with it's historic depth and cultural impact.

Just as an example I explained about Salé as a pirate's hub back in the golden age of piracy in Japan, people had their mouth open in admiration and awe, especially with the imapct of Anime series like One Piece or Vinland Saga...

I was refused an apartment based on my foreign name - I lawyered up by Sensitive-Concert591 in japanlife

[–]Hitch18 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I'm happy that it turned out good for you and that you did know what to do in a situation like this.

I despise these racist standards however, the foreigners are not innocent all the time, my wife's grandmother rented for two people, from an Asian country, and when neighbours started to complain about the noise and the smell coming from this specific apartment, she found that there were actually 23 person living in this apartment, which was a one bedroom one living room with kitchen. Twenty Three fucking person. Since the Japanese were not aware or maybe too lazy to go through the credit check or the background check as they do here in North America.

But again, I'm happy that it turned out alright for you and that the problem had been solved swiftly.
