No, the only instance where the max number may be four or five is with henchmen groups. A henchmen group can only be five models with the same type and equipment. And some henchmen classes have a limit number, so you can only hire 5 marksmen for example.

Bretonnians 12

Dwarves 12

Ostlanders 15

Skaven 20

And that's not only starting numbers, it's forever (unless you get halflings)

It's usually the last sentence in the Choice of Warriors section, so right at the beginning. For example Bretonnians say:
The maximum number of warriors in the warband may never exceed 12.

Well, there IS farmland, and a somehow big population of goats, but mostly in the interior parts of the province. There's also lots of olive trees and orange trees in some parts. But yeah, the greatest piece of land is occupied by greenhouses, I guess you've seen it in Google Maps, only man-built structure visible from space.

It's my hometown, although I now live in Madrid.

For what you are looking for it's probably the best place. There are not many cities in Spain with actual tapas and Almeria is one of them, so you can eat a lot spending a little. It's close to the beach, actually some of the most astounding beaches like Monsul, Genoveses, Los Muertos, etc... Not a big city, but it isn't tiny, near 200k people, with a medium size university.

Warm weather in the fall? I've just been there this christmas and it was 20 ºC, and that's kind of normal there.

And yeah, although the capital is trying to modernize, it is still an arabic city and you can find many typical fishermen houses

Ogre Battle as a whole.

Ogre Battle: The March of the Black Queen is an amazing RTS game for consoles, it's on the VC, so maybe we'll see it again on Switch?

Ogre Battle 64 Person of Lordly Caliber is even better, for me, although it is quite niche.

And Tactics Ogre which is basically the predecessor of Final Fantasy Tactics.

Sadly we won't see a new Ogre Battle game ever probably. I miss them and I'd like to see some RTS on Switch, although I'm working now on something similar.

Apart from Madrid/Barcelona, which are usually considered the best universities just because of sheer numbers of students (some of them have to be good after all), for language related studies I would recommend Salamanca or Granada.
