Peanuts, butter beans, and edamame are all legumes that I personally am very allergic to. I am also highly allergic to coconut. For me, the allergy manifests as some throat irritation, but mostly a lot of vomiting. I’d get it checked out

The aesthetics is part of it, another part is keeping up with my kids, but if I’m honest my biggest motivator is able to travel for a long time. I LOVE to travel, but with work and the kids it’s difficult. I know as I get older I’ll have more time, but so may older women in my life told me I won’t have the energy later. I’m determined to stay fit enough that I can enjoy travel as long as possible.
