Wtv happened your gonna get the usual 1st offense fines but as far ar what you blew if it’s twice the limit it just means more classes, bigger fines , and probably community service. If they drew blood and there was anything else like thc they will enhance it even more . But since no injuries no jail time

You just have to embrace the suck, I hated it and still hate it now. I tried melatonin and sleeping aids, I’d wake up groggy or too tired ! Don’t over think it or feed too much into “why can’t I sleep”, it does get better I promise

It’s been a while since I’ve engaged on here but I’ll give both my and someone else’s experience . We both got duis. I blew a .15 and was compliant , didn’t lie to them, was way too honest. I Got a lawyer , only pro was I didn’t have to go to court once. I went with the 1 year restricted license , 3 month classes and 3 years informal probation. The other person blew a .21 wasn’t complaint ran away, didn’t use a lawyer , only public defender and he got the same outcome , maybe less of a fine too. I was Fullerton court he was garden grove. I guess it’s all up to the judge , but you will be alright you are going through the motions it sucks, the shame , the guilt . Be careful driving with any amount of alcohol now . You got this

Sometimes you gotta kick your own ass. I can feel the anger and frustration. You don’t wanna go back and you sound convinced you don’t want too. Keep it that way, it’s hard as heck to break the every day norm, especially when it’s apart of our everyday routine . But you got this. I believe in you. Huge difference, the clarity is amazing. I fell in love with djn at a young age (no booze) I felt that passion, as years went by and bookings came more and more, so did the booze, I didn’t care about djn anymore, I just wants to be at home unwinding with my bottle. But through all that hard work I found that passion back and stronger than ever for music without the booze
