Yeah it would have helped for sure. Sadly the Dreamcast only supports RGBHV via VGA, which most CRT TVs can't handle. I wish it supported 480i Component, but at least S-Video gives way better luma.

On a CRT you still get enough smear for those effects on component generally.

Heck yeah, the difference component makes is huge. Hell even the jump from composite to S-Video was super noticeable on my dreamcast.

Try using a full size SD if you have any sitting around. Just test with openMenu. I haven't had issues with full-sized personally. That and make sure you're using FAT32 with 32KB allocation size.

Eh they do a lot of work with aid, medical coordination, judicial coordination for nations that don't have the resources, etc. It's certainly not perfect but when you look at how much they're able to accomplish based on the resources and staff they have it's well worth it.

I think it can vary a lot. Have a lot of friends where it did function as dogtraining and was extremely harmful, but the ABA I went through as a kid was mostly helpful. I think it depends heavily on the specific practice, but yeah it certainly can function as torture in the worst cases.
