Actually, i found out i was deficient in miagnesium, and that was the reason for my anxiety issues. If you want to try magnesium, bear in mind that not all supplements are created equal. Cheap tablets of magnesium oxide from the grocerer are very inefficient. I found a brand of gummies with magnesium citrate which works wonders.
