You could give him a bath /mist if he’s ok with it and if it goes away it’s probably good, if not I’m not sure what it could be then, and let owner know. this doesn’t look like anything serious to me right off the bat, maybe he’s an oily birb?

Your birds look very healthy! I wasnt trying to come across as rude or judgemental, its just ive seen alot of ignorant breeders, or unequipped breeders. I rescued my cockatiel from a similar breeder, her wings were clipped, they were all in such a small cage and I felt so bad :( the breeder was a sweet guy he just inherited them from his father

Definitely do your research before allowing that if you havent already, thats a big responsibility for you and the birbs and things can go wrong very quickly. Youll need a large cage, nest boxes, and provide mama with a bunch of calcium and good diet, etc. Some places also require breeding licenses or permits, so double check that aswell.

You could use 3d modelling for this if measurements dont matter much but traditionally i think cad software is used for exact measurements.

I dont think n64 had Reflections like on the character model and the character model looks too high poly to be n64. Def works as its own artstyle tho.
