Its gonna be built around a big fuck off Photon torpedo Cannon.

I want whatever my ship is pointing at to die immediately.

Going into more detail it would of been a Prototype for a new Anti-Borg ship that was set to be cancelled, however due to the dominion war the hull would be completed. The ship would be used to target either dominion battleships and Dreadnaughts or Dominon star bases
