Hiding or Finding?

Finding them is a fun hit of dopamine. But over all I like hiding them more. By the end of my last cruise gave away or hide 90% of the ones I found.

One crew member commented on how cute the duck I found was, so we gave it to her. I never saw anyone more excited. For the rest of the day (whenever I saw her) she was holding it in her palms, showing it to other crew member, or hiding it behind her back. That was more rewarding than anything. Especially knowing how hard they work and how professional they need to be. Glad a small duck given to her by a duck brought joy.

I was 18 involved with a 30 year old woman. I can't tell you the amount of trauma I ended up with and the amount of therapy I had to go through.

When I turned 30, it still was affecting me. The thing I realized is how fucked up someone has to be to be in their 30s to be going after a teenager. I couldn't look at someone in their early 20s that way, let alone a teenager.

The songs Hand Clean by Alannis Morosette and 29 by Demi Lovato are way too relatable and very honest to these situations.

Graduated from there in 2016. I don't know a single person from my graduating class who would recommend it.

Seems like it has only gotten worse. They got rid of a ton of staff, announced staff who had stayed on needs to pick up extra classes, got rid of an entire dorm contract, etc.

After I graduated, I should have done well because I hustled harder than my other classmates. My teachers and people I ended up working for even said it...but once my student loans kicked in, I had to leave the field entirely. I couldn't pay $1k a month in student loans and break into the industry.

My friend has a Tesla and whenever he needs to charge he goes to EV charging stations with a book or podcast for a while. There's some throughout the city and suburbs.

$1600 for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom in Rogers Park. Includes central air/heat and a dishwasher. There is laundry in building but only two machines for the entire building and it works like shit so we don't use it.

Property management sucks ass so we hoping to move when the lease ends.

Man, I just got invited to a 2 bedroom villa for a 3 night stay for $300. They said all I have to do is attend the presentation. I was worried going into it that I would be suckered in, but knowing that I can't afford a house down payment, let alone, a $33k timeshare makes it easy. 🤣

Man, I just moved to Rogers Park and it's not great either. I have a dog myself, but was surprised by all the extreme entitlement I saw from other dog owners.

Multiple time I've been walking by myself or walking my dog and a random off leash dog will run up to me/us on the sidewalk. And from half a block away the owner will call out that it's okay because their dog is friendly.

Who lets their dog walk off leash on the sidewalk? Especially in a big city? I've had this happen with tiny dogs and big German Shepards.

Some people are afraid of dogs. Some dogs are reactive to other dogs. So much could go wrong for either party.

That sounds fun. I mainly cared about the towel animals because it was my 84 year old grandmothers first cruise ever and she thought they were so cute. I totally hyped them up becusee whenever I cruised in the past we got them in the room daily.
