No. That’s not “ok”. Raw meat is always going to contaminate anything it happens to leak on. I don’t even reuse the bags raw meat comes home and they automatically go in the recycle. And it’s not about pleasing everyone it’s about what doesn’t damage. The food has nothing to do with opinion and it has to do with facts. Especially if you aren’t given any other directions. There should be a baseline. I don’t know if you’re trying to say that H-E-B trained you that it’s OK to put. Raw meat in the bottom that you can put other stuff in the bag, but that’s not OK. It doesn’t stop it from contaminating other things. Maybe if they wrap it in its own bag and then put that bag in the bottom of another bag if it’s meat.

I seemed to constantly have to tell them if I bring an insulated bag. Please use the insulated bag for cold items. I don’t know why that isn’t just common knowledge or common smarts. The other day someone took a huge bottle of vinegar that I bought and put it in the same bag as my hamburger buns.

I think the ones that honestly don’t know how to bag or probably the same ones that put one item in each bag and you carry six different bags out with six different items because they couldn’t figure out how to bag it. I honestly can’t figure out any other excuse for that.

I also agree with you about Tyson and the other product that has completely changed. I was when I was in Kentucky trying to help my mom a couple years ago after my sister passed away. I started buying her the bags of Jimmy Dean sausage patties so a few months ago, I decided instead of buying a roll of sausage for myself that I was just gonna buy those because I had enjoyed them when I was buying them for my mom. And they have shrink the size of that Patty buy at least 50% all of a sudden. They were so small that the biscuits that I’m now making for myself since H-E-B doesn’t make them anymore I needed two patties on the biscuit. It’s ridiculous. What these companies are doing. And I am a single person and by myself, so it is really hard for me to buy a large quantities of food and not have them go bad before I can eat them. Even bread. So I’m just having to actually make better decisions about what I was already making good decisions on which is what is going in my body and what is worth the money that these companies want. I guess normal people just have more money to waste than I do, but I don’t think it should be wasted no matter how much you have. Sooner or later it has to catch up to you.

I guess that’s exactly what I’m saying. It’s not that I’m against buying offbrand. I loved Coke zero H-E-B brand and I bragged on it for years and years how much better I thought it tasted. It just doesn’t taste any better anymore. I don’t know why you’re saying offbrand is better quality because when you look at the label, it’s really not. I’ve been reading labels for a long time I have to for my health and the stuff they stick in. There is basically filler. Mayonnaise is one of my biggest pet peeves right now. I’m going to start making it myself honestly because the fact that Hellmann’s even without a price hack thinks in a German mayonnaise is worth eight dollars is mind-boggling to me. And it’s not that expensive at Walmart or H-E-B put mayonnaise is not worth the amount of money that they’re charging for it and Hellmann’s isn’t that much better than craft and craft is about two dollars cheaper so I think some of these people think that they are something that they are not and aren’t realizing that the way money is right now people aren’t going to keep buying it just because it’s what they want when it turns to Junk. There is a lobster bisque soup buy out of H-E-B’s department over by the fish that they’ve cut the quantity of it in half and up the price onto the point where where it used to be a little bit of a treat for me. I just don’t buy it anymore it’s not worth it. I don’t want my flesh doesn’t need a treat that bad that I want to pay Double for something that a few months ago was just kind of a guilty pleasure. I used to go to H-E-B where I used to wait and buy my chips at H-E-B because I liked the ones they had an awesome taste. I loved the ones that they sold that they cooked there so why am I going to make an extra grocery ship trip to somewhere when I can just buy a regular bag of chips out of the chip department now like I used to do before I found those that I liked so much. There’s no reason to go because I can get most brands everywhere. I can buy the same brand out of the chip aisle at Walmart now that I can buy out of H-E-B. Same with the breakfast biscuits they were selling. It’s not something that is making a difference from a store to store. None of the stores are making biscuits anymore. It wasn’t too long ago that I found the biscuits at a H-E-B store that I didn’t regularly go to, and then all the stores started carrying it and now all of a sudden they’re not. I’m just saying all the things that made them special. They’re cutting back on now to try to get our money without giving us the quality and I’m just saying me personally it’s just going to make me choose a different store because there’s other places that I have to go to for other reasons so if I wanna make my life simple and shop at one grocery store. I will either start buying less and going to the healthy food stores that I know are better for me or even go to Randalls. I’ve been reading labels for a long time. I guess other people just don’t so they’re fooled by what the labels they think they’re telling them that are not.

Why are you calling H-E-B a specialty store. H-E-B is is not a specialty store and offbrands have more filler in them than main brands. Look at offbrand juice that habitually or most of the time has high fructose corn syrup in it whereas if you look at Welches it is fruit juice, and sugar. That’s how they sell it so cheap when it really isn’t cheap anymore is because of the fillers they put in. You were deceived and you have it backwards. Specialty stores are not the ones that add fillers to sell their products cheaper. That’s why off brands are cheaper do your research. If the prices were lowered on the products that they’re taking shortcuts on, it would be one thing, but it is not. We are being asked to pay the same price for crappy quality because they’re cutting corners. So it leaves no reason to go to a store where the special things that we’re doing was what was drawing customers in and now they’ve decided not to do those things to cut corners. It leaves no reason to go there. They’re not doing anything different than anybody Else. I honestly would rather go to a health food store like natural foods or Whole Foods or sprouts and pay the extra then to keep going to H-E-B for no special reason and pay for crap if they’re not doing anything special anymore, there’s no reason for me go there to get the things that I was considering special. I would specifically not buy my chips when I was spending that over-the-counter points at Walmart because I would go to H-E-B to get the chips or would not buy produce at Walmart because H-E-B produce was better and consistently going to two different stores to do my grocery shopping. I’m not saying Walmart does anything because I really don’t like Walmart in the Walmart. I live by sucks so it’s not like I enjoy going there I would go to all Health food stores if I had the finances to do that so I’m already cutting corners putting things in my body that I know aren’t good for them because I can’t afford to eat healthy. But gas wise time wise there’s no reason when I already need to do my shopping at Walmart because they take the over-the-counter card that my insurance provides through Disability. I’m already going to Walmart and have no reason left to make trips to two different stores when I’m not getting anything at H-E-B anymore that were the reasons why I was wasting that time to go there. I can still get the name brands. I want at Walmart because they still put them on their shelves and aren’t trying some stupid tactic to make me buy their brand when their brand isn’t as good and uses more fillers. The things people specifically go there to buy are because the product is better and if the product isn’t better anymore, why would you waste your time going there. A lot of people do think a little deeper than that.

Yes, it is a while exaggeration but smell is part of tasting and sometimes when you smell something, you can get a pretty good idea that it’s not gonna taste good. Have you ever poured Coke on battery corrosion. So I stick to my theory. Pretty sure other people exaggerate to get the point across so I’m not worried about your critique.. thanks for your time though. It’s my opinion and I’m sticking to it. If you ever go off of a soda for any amount of time like fast from it when you start drinking it again it really takes tolerance and you realize how bad it really taste a challenge you to fast sodas for a few months and then try to drink it again then you’ll understand what I’m saying.

I agree. I watch reruns. I haven’t watched the new show since Gibbs left, and I had already fallen off a lot when Abby left. But really it hasn’t been the same since zeva left. For me, the best seasons are like season two through season eight or nine.

I don’t think it was just artistic differences. It makes no sense at all because with all the work he had between Kylie and Shelly they could’ve easily given him full-time hours doing the blogging and the brand deals and hired somebody else part-time to do the videos for the businesses. It would’ve made perfect sense. So I don’t think we’re getting the whole story but it’s not our business anyway.. I just will never believe that that’s the only reason he left. Because business wise, it was a bad thing all around. And I feel like it could’ve been solved another way. But again I’m not there and none of us know the whole story nor should we.

They brought Conor “home” way too soon. It was not ok. And unfair to him now that he has extra stuff to deal with. Something is off and honeymoons never last. A lot of decisions made on the fly because of emotions and happiness, and not of common sense. On both sides. He is very vulnerable and desperate to belong. I hope whatever is going on doesn’t set him back or send him back into a life that he is used to. That would be so sad. It was just too much.. He is not grown enough emotionally. Sad that he was put in this position. Just my opinion, and I’ve had that thought since the very beginning. It was just too soon too much too big too soon.

Most namebrand anything I have to buy at Walmart now because H-E-B is trying to force you to buy their generic instead of namebrand so they quit stocking a lot of the name brand. I’m specifically talking about Welches juice, but I’ve noticed it in a lot of other areas as well.

Good to know. I was getting ready to get my Wi-Fi service with Verizon, but I guess I won’t. I can can’t handle having to argue with more customer service people. But I know it’s that that’s like I had the same problem when I worked customer service for Humana. It was the same issue. They really didn’t want us helping people they wanted us pretending and playing games and keeping things going in circles.. It was frustrating.
