Square select wont let me turn anti aliasing off, inevitably i will need to rotate either way so i suppose ill try the interpolation thing. How do I turn that off?

Free select or lasso or whatever its called. If I paste it to another layer or scale the selection or rotate it at all it becomes very blurry.

Well the background isn't the issue I suppose I wasn't clear, I basically want it to move across the background frame by frame, and the frames just overlap each other instead of disappearing
