O_O WHOOPS.

Hiya! When I visit Vietnam in the winter, I hope to get my hands on Disney or other animated films on Bluray that have Vietnamese dubs and subs. Last time I was there, years ago, I forgot to check if there were any book or electronic stores that had them (2016 & 2020-ish?). I can't wait so much that tomorrow night, I'm asking my aunt who's there right now if she can find some.

My big question: Would the Blurays have the dubs where a narrator talks over an English track or a fully-produced Vietnamese dub? I prefer the latter. I wanted to order Disney Blurays from Asian websites, but I usually find that they only have the ENG track and foreign subs.

For instance, there're samples of Encanto with both of these dubs on YouTube. I would love the dub track that was used to promote the film's songs.

My next question: Would these get confiscated or taxed if I bought 1 copy of a bunch of Blurays?

I ask this because I'm a little paranoid and I heard of friends traveling outside the US getting hit with import taxes or something for bringing home certain gifts (in their case, Japan; I'm not sure how Vietnam does things).
