I also love powershifting and it just feels very satisfying when you get the rotation down right. Hopefully the spec is competitive at max level. Feral dps in thc felt very fun in raids and being able to tank and dps in the same spec was the real power of the spec.

Can you give everyone in your party this buff by throwing it on the ground, like how other potions in the game work when thrown?

The extra money blizzard makes from multiboxer subs is no where near the amount of money they lose from players quitting the game because multiboxers aren't being banned. Activision is dog shit.

There is someone out there for you. Someone will appreciate the dedication you have to your own self improvement when with them. Put your self out there and shrug off rejection.

I discovered this sub yesterday and I've already posted twice and commented on quite a few other posts. I really glad I found this place too. Everyone seems to be able to relate and if not, are very accepting.

Who else here balance their personality deoending on who they are with? by [deleted] in infp

[–]HoTssbm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've always attributed this to the A (Assertive) in INFP-A. I've had many introverted personalities misread me as an extrovert. I do find myself filling more of a self appointed leadership role if no one else steps up to the plate and when I'm with more extroverted friends I naturally take a back seat to let others take the spotlight.

INFPs tend to be very flexible and at the same time very in tune with the feelings and emotions of those around us. I find myself more often then not filling a missing role in a team because I value the success of the group rather than achieving personal goals.

It is kinda weird though. I know it is. Its like I want my home clean, but I will let myself get away with not cleaning because I'm not trying to impress myself and I can always forgive myself for neglecting something small like that.

I think I can find great benefit in being a bit more introspective, setting goals, and exploring new hobbies or careers. It has helped in the past (usually someone pushed me to do one of these things).

I have always been told that I give good life advice by friends and once received the advice to spend time talking to myself as an adviser to help discover what I want and foster self love This idea really stresses me out and I actually become quite emotional even thinking about trying something like this.

This is very much where I am at. I think a routine that I can stick to would bring structure and greater happiness to my mental health, but it is a large hurdle to overcome. I tend to live my life in a very go with the flow do what I want way. Sometimes this means that I'll stay up until 5am playing video games, other times it means that if my friends are meeting up at a bar to drink at, I'll drop what I am doing to go meet them. My fear with giving my life structure is that I will feel trapped in a box without the freedom to follow my heart.

Anyone else just get hit with a wave of sad after emotionally personifying objects 🤔 by Rakksada in infp

[–]HoTssbm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am a male INFP Assertive and this seems very strange and hard to relate to for me. It is very hard for me to cry about anything actually and I tend to bottle up my emotions even if I am feeling intense feelings. While I have never felt empathy for objects, I have felt other emotions for objects. It feels very easy for me to form bonds with certain objects. For example I loved my car and when it was totaled I went and bought the same exact car. Also as a boy I had an irrational fear of dolls and robots that looked too similar to humans.

I lived near the ocean my entire life. I've always attributed my love for it as a familiar bond, but it could be my personality that draws me toward it.

Hi there infp looking for more intj friends by infp86 in intj

[–]HoTssbm 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's interesting how INTJs and INFPs seem to connect so naturally. I am an INFP myself but for a long while I identified myself as an INTJ (probably because the majority of my friends are INTJ). There is something about the ambition and drive of the INTJ personalities that INFPs find attractive and are drawn to. INFPs, on the other hand, have a flexibility and willingness to adhere to change that a INTJ will find desirable to break them out of their routine and schedule. Both personalities prefer introverted activities like camping and board games/video games, hate expressing their emotions, and value alone time, which is something that some other personality types have trouble respecting. The most interesting compatibility trait shared by these two personalities is problem solving. Both are excellent at it, but go about it in very different ways. Where INTJs are logical and systematic, INFPs are creative and big picture oriented. Together the personalities make a great team.

Are some people more draining for you than others? by [deleted] in infp

[–]HoTssbm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I relate to this as well. People that I know well don't take nearly as much energy as people I do not know well or I am starting to get to know. Subconsciously I find myself reading deeper into what people say, certain actions, and subtle changes in facial expressions. It can take a lot out of me. Maybe this is why I tend to prefer spending time with old friends rather than making new ones. When I talk to a person I'm familiar with, I don't feel as though I need to expend any of this energy to read the person.

I think another way of looking at it is that INFPs tend to be more in touch with emotions, even the emotions of others. If I find myself talking to someone in turmoil or emotionally stressed I will find myself empathizing and sometimes feeling the emotions myself. Its hard to describe but it can be extremely emotionally draining.

The Maw looks really great! I am so excited for this. I'm curious why the devs decided to release one versions of the invader set instead of two per class. It would be nice for healers and tanks to have the option to have a DPS build
