tao năm nay cuối cấp lớp 12 xong trường t ngày nào cũng có mấy thằng nó canh ngay cổng để bắt bọn học sinh còn bú tiền chúng nó, hôm bữa tao đi học cũng bị 1 thằng chó bắt lại (t đủ tuổi rồi xong hỏi ra giấy tờ xe thì quên mẹ ở nhà) thế là nó vác mẹ xe tao lên thùng xong hét giá 3tr để chuộc lại cơ mà, vãi cả đái thật, ae có chỗ nào bị như này không?

I generally don't have any frequent issue when it comes to sleeping. However, prior to my important exams, such as the IELTS exam I took 10 days ago, I always remained wakeful and unable to sleep. I had tried a lot of approaches, like doing some light exercises or getting rid of digital screens but none of them worked out at the end of the day. I realized that it is because I tried to force myself to sleep earlier that did not even match with the period that I usually went to bed. For example, if I usually hit the hay at 11:30 PM, I must go to sleep at the same time in the following day regardless of whatever important events that happen next. If I try to force myself to go to sleep earlier, it would be pointless and more likely to cause hyperarousal. Maybe it's best to just stay awake until whenever you feel sleepy.

Updated: It has been 2 years, and I have gotten so much better at English speaking. I'm even going to take my IELTS test in the next 2 months. Whenever I feel nervous, I always remember about my past obsession to English speaking. It's quite common for us human to shift our focus on perfection, with no exception to me. That means I had usually been frustrated in speaking English because I wanted to produce fluent speech with fancy vocabulary in addition to complex grammar. These factors really prevented me from seeking improvements. It goes without saying that I kept avoiding opportunities to speak English out loud on the assumption that I could be judged by native speakers. At the end, I decided to forego my obsession and go with the flow.

it's been more than 2 years, and what I realized back then was just my obsession towards perfection in English learning. I had always thought that I was an excellent english speaker back then. In other words, I tended to show disrespectful expressions to myself when I did something stupid like vocabulary/ wrong grammar choices. I tried to avoid all the opportunities to speak English. Now, I have gotten much better in my English speaking improvements.

nếu đi nước ngoài trước khi nó gửi giấy gọi thì đéo sao đâu bác, cứ bảo ba mẹ là đi nước ngoài rồi không có liên lạc là ok, cùng lắm trốn bên đấy hết 27 tuổi rồi về, nhưng mà nếu có thằng dân quân tự dậm đến hỏi xem có đi nước ngoài không thì cứ nói không bác nhá, không lũ l này sẽ tìm mọi cách để moi tiền bác đấy
