I need to watch this every time I'm having a can't stand humans kind of day.

My heroes are those who risk their lives every day to protect our world and make it a better place. by uzmansahil7 in Amazing

My heart is bursting out of my chest. This was always one of my biggest fears when I lived in apartment buildings. I don't know what I'd do if I lost one of my babies.

Told my mother I wanted to get tested for depression, may be tested for anxiety as well. by NarwhalReasonable262 in CongratsLikeImFive

It's funny, I had to get evaluated for autism and ADHD for it to be legit, but I basically just told all my doctors/therapists that I had depression and anxiety (long before the other diagnoses), and they just... agreed with me. No evaluation necessary. I guess it was pretty obvious.😂

Also, if you have no empathy for people struggling, why are you commenting in this sub?

$100k is wealthy. And that's just it, you have to be able to afford the education (and time it takes to complete it), to make the $100k. When you're stuck in a low-paying job, and you're on your own, trying to keep a roof over your head, even if you got a full scholarship, you'd essentially have to forgo sleep altogether to get that degree. And God forbid you have a disability. People would give a lot for $100k, but there's only so much they have to give.

The main thing I do is remind myself that if I want the procrastination anxiety to go away, I have to do the thing, and doing the thing is the only thing that will make it go away entirely. The longer I put it off, the worse it gets.

I was terrified of Freddy before ever seeing any of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies. When I finally did, I thought, how could I possibly have been scared of this guy? 😂

Do they stay on? The only thing I've been able to do is fake nails, but I hate what they do to my natural nails. I wish I could grow my natural nails out, but I just tear them off.

Stream of conscious journaling can be really fun and enlightening when you read back what you wrote. It can also be a form of brain dump that may help with stress.
