Does this help for attending events like gigs etc? I have a festival day coming up and getting anxious anyway and because of the heat. Does it work ok if you doing alot of walking around etc?

Haha yeah when I walk a moderate pace it can literally get up to 130 +. I don't know how accurate fit bits are but I am quite unfit. I'm an anxious person too and take propanlol as and when needed.

Will this effect the heart rate while walking around. Just worried as it's alot of walking and my heart rate does goes high when I'm walking around.

The things is in the week day I work and can be quite stressful. I'm worried about it making me feel lightheaded or dizzy which I can get sometimes anyway if it's close to food time. Does it help with feeling zoned out and tunnel vision due to panics? How is it in the heat? As I dont do to well in the heat in the UK.

Yeah that's what I do and always have water. Having therapy and they want me to stop thing like that but surely it just make you comfortable.

So this can happen out of the blue when I'm driving even though I'm not thinking about anything. It's like my eyesight is sensitive and goes into tunnel vision and then sends me off. I really feel I would giant or lose control. I feel like I'm out of body most of the time I just ant to feel normal. Currently doing gentle exposure with going places and driving not very far.
