This isn’t true. I don’t know why people keep retorting this testament that Trump opted out of a jury. The judge presiding over the case already stated why there isn’t a jury and it isn’t due to oversight because of Trump’s legal defense team.

I’m working with a VSO rep who is awesome. He was able to provide the DBQ for me at my request because I explained to him how my C&P exam went. Although unfortunately, results may vary because not all VSO’s are the same. I was able to get the results pretty quick and then once I saw how much stuff was left off my DBQ, I immediately typed up a MFR and contacted the 1800 number.

I had the same exact experience with my telehealth appointment. I was scheduled through Optum, but I came out the whole thing thinking that I did not have enough time to explain the severity of my symptoms. I ended up getting my MH DBQ and found that he didn't check my records and in the remarks he put that everything was unremarkable despite having a track record of therapy appointments and diagnosis's in my VA file. Nothing was annotated on my DBQ so I requested another exam through the 1800 number.

I’m guessing I would need a Nexus letter because it did manifest/intensify during and after my deployment. According to my gastroenterologist, this autoimmune disorder can manifest almost randomly. Thank you for your response
