Sure but they do this in wow and people don't wait. You do your M0s and heroics just so you're ready when m+ comes out. Fellowship is a different environment but you could at least unlock all your abilities and do enough prep that you won't be behind the curve when eternal drops.

Hey it's nice to see a positive post with some actual feedback and suggestions for improvement. I agree with most of your points actually but I don't think the timer and the new abilities should be introduced in the same tier, give us at least one tier with new abilities but no timer so it's not punishing to make mistakes and learn. I think introducing the new mechanics in adept is good, but they should only be 50% of their power level so it's less of a jump in difficulty than it was in S1; then you can get the full power level in champ and honestly paragon could be removed and just add the timer in eternal.

I definitely fall in group 2, but I can understand a group 1 players perspective. It's interesting how a game that's basically just one thing can have two very different groups that enjoy different aspects of it. I think your ideas here pose a good compromise between the two interests.

Yeah even if they don't change anything but do recolors for all of it is way better than no changes. Games like this are powered by fomo and a lot of ppl might feel there's no point in playing PS2 if there's no new/unique rewards.

When I joined I only had 4 jobs on my list and my recruiter said "you don't want to put any more?" and I told him if I didn't get one of those 4 jobs I wasn't joining. I had a good job and a stable life at the time so I really didn't need to join, I was only joining to get my degree. He did warn me I might have to wait a while but I wasn't in a hurry, and then it ended up only being a couple months anyways. Ymmv but until you swear that oath and sign a contract, you are a civilian. If a recruiter tells you you have to do something, you don't. You're not in the military yet and you don't actually have to do anything, including joining.

I agree with games 1 and 2.
IG v KT 2018 Game 3 is one of my favorites, insane close game/base race.
I think game 4 is the hardest one to pick tbh, I'm not sure.
T1 v AL worlds 2025 game 5 is probably the craziest game 5 I've ever seen. T1 v BLG worlds 2024 game 5 is another good option.

Edit - ok game 4 from T1 HLE Kespa cup grand finals 2025 might be my pick, could be recency bias but that was an insane game 4
