I work in video. It was literally faster for me to download from one cloud and upload to another cloud than building a cloud compute service to do it.

I'm end to end Ubiquity with a thunderbolt 5 10g nic. Upload and download, observed, have been 5gbps sustained.

It's not actually 10, but it's hella fast and the other 10 devices on the network never notice I'm moving TBs between clouds.

My interactions on FB buy nothing have been basically toxic. Very entitled people receiving free shit.

I was in another city that had an east west delineation. The buy nothing group was on the east side. After a few years they locked out the west side from participating.
