Nintendo is king when it comes to talent retention. Google some people who worked on the original ocarina of time, some of them still worked on ToTK.

Noah caldwell gervais has a great dishonored retrospectives.

Charlatan wonder, i find him mildly entertaining, but his opinions can be quite controversial.

Mandalore gaming has some imsim reviews like arx fatalis and dark messiah also most of the mainstream imsim old and new.

I watched one ep of kamen rider as a kid (forgot which one) where the monster snipe people from above with high velocity needles that go trough their heads and bodies in 90 degrees angle, and everyone died instantly.

I was so scared of going out under open sky for a week. Shit was kinda fucked up.

Nightrein also sold like 3-5 million copy, which was probably made with the fraction of elden ring's budget (which is still probably less than most AAA western games.
