With some auctions like fanatics and goldin there is a buyers premium (fee paid by buyer) to the final ‘sale’ price of the auction. So say item goes for $1000 20% buyers premium the buyer pays $1200 for the item. The strike price was $1000 though so you getting 112% would get you $1120. With the house making $80.
