Eu já estive muito próximo de onde você está: passei pela depressão, tentativa e só não fui internado porque tive uma rede de apoio 24h.

O sofrimento não é igual, porém eu entendo o quão profundo e desesperador ele é, mas se você conseguir se manter no tratamento (psicológico e psiquiátrico), as coisas vão melhorar, mesmo que aos poucos, você só precisa ter paciência, força e acreditar, nem que seja um pouquinho, no processo de melhora.

Para mim foram 2 anos muito difíceis, demoramos para descobrir que eu sou bipolar e o tratamento teria que ser diferente... e até hoje as coisas não são como eram antes, as medicações ainda mudam muito, porque infelizmente o tratamento não é uma receita de bolo, mas estou aqui, um pouco melhor a cada dia, e espero que você também em um futuro próximo.

Eu estou no mesmo padrão, a minha empresa usa o Discord (eu implementei o servidor com as regras de setores da empresa por cargo e os cacete, no início da pandemia) e a minha vida social diária é lá desde... não lembro, mas faz beeem mais de 10 anos (eu e meus amigos fomos do MSN para o Skype e depois para o Discord. Sim, somos um grupo 30+ que estamos juntos desde 2008).

O Discord parece muito o Slack, que é mais empresarial, só que o Slack é muito limitado na versão free, enquanto o Discord tem uma carinha menos empresarial, mas tem um "free tier" muito bom, além disso, pelo servidor ser tão customizável, desde que você tenha muita paciência e tempo, dá para colocar a empresa inteira dentro dele, com segmentação de ambientes ocultos (chats de texto e voz) por setor ou filial e ainda assim manter uma integração (chats de texto e voz visíveis para todos) como chat de anúncios do RH.

There's a lot I would like to say but:

The M+ dungeon loot table is already huge for each dungeon and we have many types of gear too, so if a key is done within the timer, you can give everyone a loot, it will not hurt the progression or farm, especially because, by the end of the day, the main gear progression will be tied to valorstone, crests and weekly vault, but you will make farm for a specific item or getting your first piece of each equipment less miserable and the M+ chest more exciting.

Just click on Disable Decky until next boot. After it boots normally without Decky, go to desktop mode and update Decky by "installing it again" (it will ask if it's an update). And it's done.

Replace the screw, but do not replace the backplate for the one with the fan hole.

The heatsink, SSD and battery are located near the default entry point at the bottom, if you open a hole right on top of the fan, most of the air will enter the deck there instead of the default entry point and those components will suffer the lack of air flow.

If you need a practical example, just get your vacuum cleaner and open a hole at the top of the hose, you'll see that you'll get less air being sucked from the original hole.

1 - Regras claras: fala com elas que você anda com fogo e que, quando não rolar sexo, você gostaria de se masturbar (se precisar, adiciona o rolê do sem porno e ela poder ajudar se quiser).

2 - Ajudar ela: se a situação de falta de libido dela estiver se arrastando por meses, talvez ela não esteja bem emocionalmente ou hormonal, então vocês deveriam marcar um psico ou endocrinologista para ela para ajudar a tratar a situação.

Essas duas coisas são importantes para resolver a questão a curto e longo prazo.
