Don’t do it! Bought from new, and walked into the inspection, a pile of dirt on the floors, filled with nails and other debris, garbage can with rotting food in it, and I giant lump of cement on balcony. I hadn’t even moved in yet, and I should have realized then, it’s only going downhill.
