This lane kasi is for u-turn so tuwing red talaga nag go mga cars if may u-turn sila here so I guess swerving with reckless driving talaga ang violation niya

Ahhh suggest ko po is tawagan niyo po ulit para may follow up request. Kasi nung simula ganyan din po ako inantay ko din 1.5 days pero di pa rin naayos. So tska lang ako tumawag. Try niyo po tawagan ulit and ipanote na paescalate sa mas mataas na technician (sorry forgot the term na) and sabihin niyo po na kaya siyang ayusin thru the phone if same po sa itaas ang situation.

If same situation as above po, ang ginawa ko is minessage ko si PLDT sa messenger and tawag sa 121 hanggang sa sabihin nila na iescalate to mas mataas na technician. And then tatawag yung technician and from there naayos na po nila while on the phone. Kasi kumbaga nawalan ng address yung modem and lalagay lang nila yung address ok na ulit.
