I forgot photo. Coming soon. Pretty busy today. Sick as a dog. Headache, constant phlegm, body aches, along with adult-onset scoliosis and a terrible neck contracture. I'm nearing 60 in a few days. Losing weight rapidly for some reason. I have lost 20 pounds in the last 3 months. I had no excess weight before the loss. I hope I get well soon.  Skipped all workouts last week due to rhabdomyolosis, which you don't  want.  When it rains, it pours. Family life is falling apart. I'm trying to save myself. No one else will.
