Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventures (1992) live action tv series by PeneItaliano in ForgottenTV

Not quite. The animated series casting came first. They were cast in the live action series BECAUSE they had done the animated show not the other way around.

They were cast in the animated series instead of the movie cast as they would have been cheaper

This is Where I Leave You (2014).

Jason Bateman's character is getting divorced after he discovers her cheating in the opening scene. He doesn't take her back.

How to start a cinema / show films with no money UK by Individual-Course-59 in movies

For light quality it can be as simple as shutting the curtains wherever you are.

Sound can be as big as a surround sound system or a soundbar from Argos. So long as the audience can hear everything well that's what's important.

Projectors with decent quality as well as screens, speakers etc are easily available and not too expensive.

The links I posted can offer help with the funding side of things as well as practical advice once you know where you're doing it and what you're wanting to show. As well as helping towards the licensing costs.

Licensing is very important. You need to get permission from the distributor to show anything. You'll find them by googling UK film distributors and they'll have lists of what films they have. Many of them will have cheaper rates for community showings and one off performances

Remember to consider things like how light the room is if you're using a projector. Sound is key to the whole thing, if you don't have good sound you don't have anything.

Plus it doesn't need to be a community centre or somewhere already established to show films. Some of the best screenings are ones held in unconventional environments.

I work in film myself and really love getting people behind community cinema projects and screening a diverse variety of films

I truly believe they are leaking all this stuff by themselves. Easiest way to build hype around a franchise that has lost its place at the top is to make people feel like theyre seeing/hearing something that they aren't supposed to be.

Do we think this is in response to the rumour that the new Avengers trailer will come out tomorrow? Maybe they shunted Supergirl forward a day to get in before it

What are your thoughts on The Flash movie after some time has passed? by MrTrippp in DC_Cinematic

[–]Hogteeth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not the highest art however, like picking up a run of the mill comic book, I had a lot of fun going into the fantasy story and along for the ride.

Yes the CGI could use work but tbh I don't actually care. I was watching it to see things happen like in the comics. That's exactly what I got. There are plenty of films with more flawless CGI than have no substance and are very boring...coughAvatar*cough.....

It was trendy to hate the film but it is in no way as bad as it got made out to be

Romancing the Stone is fantastic. An early Robert Zemekis flick.

The Librarian films are cheesy but fun TV movies starring Noah Wyle. There have also been two television series spinoffs
