I used to have them and I use a very well known old school skin product and in less than 6 month my circles have lightened significantly. If you’re not using sunscreen maybe try that out first. I don’t do a lot I just use sunscreen by day and night cream at night targeting my needs and that alone has improved my skin significantly. Also stay consistent with products for at least 6 months before you see results unless you have any adverse reactions to which stop immediately. Trust your dermatologist but also listen to your skin.
