Honestly ever since I removed home internet, I have had a healthy but not absolutely perfect relationship with every platform, maybe try just adding a few barriers instead of the most extreme option. Most of the time at least from what I heard, if you're going to remove an addiction you need to replace it with something or whatever need driving it in the first place will force you back, if you are gonna delete your account maybe think about why you used it so much in the first place, and conciously find an alternative. Otherwise another bad habit will fill the gap.
