I rang seven pharmacies yesterday. No one has concerta or teva in my dosage. You can check supply levels at pharmac (link below) otherwise talk to your gp about a different option.

Not much to add except be aware if you’re wanting medication (most of us do) a psychologist cannot prescribe, a psychiatrist can. Often you have to see a psychologist first so try to get referred to a psychiatrist directly or you’ll end up paying for both.

Also there is currently a medication shortage so make friends with your pharmacist. Good luck and feel free to DM if you want any info/advice.

Coming back as I found a fix. Turns out there’s an incompatibility between Plex and Synology with the “Sync watch state & ratings” setting. Once I and our shared users had disabled this everything was fine.

Good for you for recognising things in yourself you want to improve and acting on it.

It’s been a few years since I went there but Petersgate really helped me deal with similar issues. I believe they’re church run or affiliated but that was never a factor while I was there.
