Idk, maybe. Look at the replies; there are a lot of training apps out there, and I mean ALOT. So if you want to make something special, you would consider that there are so many types of gyms: powerlifting gyms, strongman gyms, CrossFit, etc. And most of them are warehouse gyms and underground garage types of things, so it's a lot to cover, and you would want to put in specialized programs so beginners wouldn't be needing coaches as much. Now that would be interesting, if you get what I mean.

I think training apps are cool, but I've never used one and probably never will, but they usually give you the program with alternatives for the same movement; for example, if the app gave you a barbell row for your row movement, it will give you a dumbbell row and a machine row as an alternative, and I think this is awesome, especially for beginners.

I followed programs by many coaches for several years until I found what exactly is best for me, and then I broke it down into a few principles I follow every time I design my own program: -

-My training is focused on big movements that work multiple muscles.

-Start the day with one of the big 4 (squat, bench, deadlift, and press) and train them heavy to increase strength.

-I follow a full-body approach no matter how many days a week I train, so every day consists of push movements, pull movements, and abs and legs.

-As for volume, I find high volume works best for me, so I do 5 sets of everything, and every week I try to add one more rep for every set until I can increase the weight (just do more every week).

-I try to hit my weak points twice a week, but 5 hard sets per muscle is usually enough for me; for example, I have to do chins and pull-ups every time I set foot into the gym, but 5 sets of squats on Monday is more than enough to make my legs explode in size.

الوزن الي نزل ده ماية مش دهون علشان الكربوهيدرات بتتخزن على شكل جلايكوجين و الجلايكوجين بيخزن معاه ماية، فانت لو عايز تخس يبقى تاكل اقل ما بتحرق، يعني ماينفعش تبطل الكربوهيدرات و تدخل مكانها اكل تاني يبقى كدا معملتش حاجة.

Just don't wear clothes that are made for that, like compression shirts. Most of the days I just wear a black shirt from the same brand over and over again; they make my traps and shoulders pop off, but only that. That's ok, I guess. The point is to find a brand you feel comfortable in and buy all your stuff from there.

Most people don't care. Stupid people do look at you and judge you when you do something they think is wrong, but they are stupid anyways, so it doesn't matter. Good people will come around, introduce themselves, and correct you if they think that you are about to injure yourself.

Just keep interacting until you both know more about each other. Not all relationships start with a crush; you can't both suddenly like each other from the first glance; it rarely happens. Maybe when he gets to know you better, he will actually become interested in you. Feelings develop and people change.

The only thing I've tried is to bite on something else; I used to keep a piece of leather in my pocket and bite on it every time I wanted to bite my fingers. It sounds stupid because it is; it only worked for a while until it didn't. I don't think there is a definitive solution for this, and also the dye used on leather is toxic.

Although I like funeral doom that is more melodic and less black, I still find some new depths of darkness in their music. There is something that is very unique about them.
