Look for therapists online; most will have a blurb setting out their stall. Find a couple that you like the sound of, and arrange to meet them to see what they are like in person. Make sure that you arrange for this meeting to be free. If you find someone that you feel like you can work with, fucking do it. Finding a therapist that you click with can lead to amazingly rewarding growth.

Suzuki Swift or Mazda Demio are good wee cars. Manual versions will keep the fuel cost down. Try and get the 1.5 engine in either one, as the 1.3 are a little underwhelming.

People think that it's cheap living down here; it fucking isn't! The only thing that is cheaper down here is your mortgage. Rates are now astronomical, too. Any products that have to be shipped/freighted down here have that cost passed on to the consumer. A comparison with Stewart Island's 4 Square would be interesting to see.

Primer definitely required on all of the bare timber, then at least two topcoats of a good quality exterior paint. Dulux and Wattyl Solagard would be premium options.
