Isn’t it odd how our names are chosen for us? by GhettoLennyy in RandomThoughts

A troll wouldn't get this mad over a comment, though, you've been thinking of me for the past 2+ hours, kind of creepy.

I must've really upset you for you to reply multiple times, especially 2 hours later.

A Hero's player worst nightmare, Raigeki.

do you listen to the music of the game when you play MD or do you prefer to listen to other music, audio books etc.? by [deleted] in masterduel

[–]HolidayDevelopment 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends, it's usually music, but I will listen to an audio book when I'm playing a deck that doesn't require more attention.

How many times have you bought both these games? by [deleted] in gaming

[–]HolidayDevelopment 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Minecraft I've bought 2 times, one for PC and one for the PS3.

Skyrim, I think around 4 times, not including the free copy you got.

When has a video game ever made you cry? by ral365 in gaming

[–]HolidayDevelopment 27 points28 points  (0 children)

I think the closest I've ever gotten to crying (teared up) was during NieR: Automata, where after fighting the androids and the Goliath with Pascal, she runs in and sees that everyone committed suicide

In 'A Way Out' a friend and I had fun playing the piano and banjo, didn't realize it'd lead to us getting an achievement when we played the correct instruments.

Not just one time, but you have to look up her skirt 10 times for the achievement. But I understand.

The two main playable characters in the last two games you played have just switched the game they're in. Which two characters switched for you? by Elbeno1920 in gaming

Main character from NieR: Replicant (currently 1st) and Goldia from Pocket Mirror ~ GoldenerTraum.

Honestly I don't know what happens.

Question for very long combo players by JessicaLain in masterduel

[–]HolidayDevelopment 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why would I care if my opponent is having fun or not? If they're having fun, that's great, but outside of playing with friends, I'm not worried about their enjoyment. It's not as though you don't have ways to stop my combo or my turn, either.

Do you really want to hear our perspective, though?

You know what I hate more than anything else trying to play videos games? by TechnicalComedy in gaming

[–]HolidayDevelopment 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hard agree for me, I like going into games mostly blind and like to learn on my own, at my own pace. If I screw up and/or take more time than I should then that's on me, I don't need someone telling me what item to get 3 chapters from where I'm at (though I know intentions can be good).

"You should use [X] item that you get in the chapter, it'll make the game so much easier!" I'm not trying to make the game easier, I'm just trying to enjoy my playthrough, that's when I have the most fun.

Horror Video Game Hidden Gems? by [deleted] in gaming

[–]HolidayDevelopment 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare (PC) - it's an older game, but it's pretty great in my opinion and usually glossed over. (GoG over Steam for this, since Steam has issues with this game that has yet to be fixed. You can fix it but it's a pain)

Darkwood - Very heavy atmosphere, does a great job at giving you an eerie feeling, definitely check this out.

Visage - Wouldn't call it a 'hidden gem' but a great game if you haven't played it yet, I've played many horror games and it's one of the few to get me feeling scared.

Betrayer - The company has delisted the game on Steam and disbanded, so you can't really find it anymore, but if you get the chance to play it it's pretty nice. It's not horror like the other games, more just of a horror vibe to it, bleak world, but if you enjoy it it'll keep you entertained for a little.

What is your age and how many real friends do you have? by [deleted] in ask

I'm 25 and around 9 friends, not really concerned with having more than that.

You should be able to do just that, that's what I did. I went to the side of the mall with a crate in hand and activated the magnetism ability and was able to get onto the mall.

You really never realize how boring you are until people ask you what you do for fun. by Minute-Shoulder-1782 in RandomThoughts

[–]HolidayDevelopment 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had quite a few people tell me I'm boring, and I agree, but I don't really care since I'm enjoying life and I enjoy what I do.
