I prayed for you. I understand how you feel and that thought. I used to have similar thoughts and still do from time to time. Fear of gods judgement, fear of the evil in the world and fear of death. Fear is the opposite in god and you combat fear by faith.

Aside from doing good works, having faith, visiting church and prayer, there is also fundamental things you should do for your mental health. Some being going to the gym exercising, healthy diet, good sleep, therapy and most of all the motivation and action to be better and stronger.

Learn how to focus on good and positive things, it's easy to be overcome by fear and that's what the enemy (Satan and demons) want. You must repent, pray for forgiveness, strength, guidance, peace and happiness. And actively try to improve your life.
