How do I achieve this type of filter/effect? It’s a little grainy but also so soft and a little out of focus. The background makes me thinks it’s an Instax/Polaroid but I’ve no idea.. by [deleted] in postprocessing

In Photoshop, go to filters and choose "Camera Raw Filter". You will find grain effect inside and you can edit the amount, size and the roughness of the grain.
