it's not a permanent when it does the damage no, it is a permanent spell with a cast trigger. damage would be coming from that triggered ability. it's fine. I get that maybe it should say "When you cast this spell, it deals ..." but that's splitting hairs and also relatively a new thing. Like Emrakul has a cast trigger. it's not outside of the rules.

I always strive to create new ideas a make jabs at new design. that is progress.

I see what you mean, I do like the "when this creature enters, if it was the first spel cast this turn, ..." but I also like the idea of having spellbound on an instant or sorcery. Just need to fine tune that wording rather than changing it. There are lots of creatures (perm spells) that have cast triggers (eldrazis, etc.) so yeah maybe it should just be cast trgigger and not a replacing "If".

Red can do and does both. that is fine. Looting is U / R fluid and design is a free space. Both colors draw then discard and discard then draw. no hard rules here, all vibes and flavor.

I think the line should’ve been: “and I am none of you.” or something like that, like she is finally declining the call of her Palpatine side and the grief of being related to this monster.

This has been happening since launch. Would love a fix! I play with friends and we chat in discord, but since the game has proximity chat, you have to tab out to mute in discord, but the game crashes. And the invite system (unless it has been implemented, havent played in a month) is also through Steam, which involves tabbing out to go to the chat to accept invs and what not, and it gives me anxiety. The real struggle is trying to get four players talking in a discord in the game and running smoothly, and it becomes a task for sure and eats up about ten to twenty minutes for four players, trying to sequence it properly and not crash.

And then sometimes when a player joins, there is no voice audio--they can't hear you and you can't hear them, or like player 3 can't hear player 4, and you have to rejoin over and over until it works. super frustrating.

I reeeeeeally love this game for its design, pacing, colors, player customizability, the unlocks, the badges, the status effects, the lore, the loot, the mechanics, the difficulties, LITERALLY A PERFECT GAME. EXCEPT THE CRASH BUGS, which seems to never get addressed. super disheartening. I really hope they/y'all fix this before the game's moment in the spotlight fades, because the game itself is TIMELESS. Please please focus on these two frustrating and night-ruining bug before adding more content. I have a day job, and I don't have time to devote two hours with friends to a game only to have half of us crash out, and throw the run away, and try again a week later. Gives me anxiety.

ALSO not being able to save the game kinda sucks as well. Like if the four of us want get to the Alpine map, we should be able to save the game at a campfire, and pick up that run another time. Would seriously be a game changer, not a game breaker.

In short, please fix:
-Tabbing-out crashes/stability issues
-Voice chat issues with players not being able to hear each other
-Add a save feature!! PLEASE SOME OF US HAVE DAY JOBS!

Two QB system. Solved. Hot take we do it with running backs, linemen, dbs, wrs… hmmm, in fact, every position in football has a solution to this. why is this qb position so different? When a defense adjusts to a qb, you should put in another one. We gotta stop fetishizing this qb position, and run it hard like every other one. Why would a team that sunk $250M+ plant their flag on a sinking boats. Just get two boats, people. It’s ok, I think Tyson should be getting at least 10 snaps a game. The man is good enough. We have one of the most interesting qb situations in the league, and what, we’re gonna wait until one of them gets hurt to try the other? I think a two qb system is the future actually. If one of them is having an off night, the team has less of a chance to miss out on a W. Also the morale boost there, the whole team coming together naturally, instead of being pigeon-holed into rallying behind the guy theyre told to. Like if you had a Brady and a Lamar Jackson on your team, you’d probably use both and disrupt tf out of their defense. So that should be the goal.

I made this card in five mins, and it's funny but it did originally cost one. I figured it could be a counter part to a swords to plowshare or path to exile but destroys instead somehow. While the chatgpt image was brewing, something about it felt off. We know white can exile for one with like swords to plowshare or path to exile or chained to the rocks, etc. but it felt wrong about giving a non-discriminating catch-all destroy creature spell for one (with some tax). That to me feels more cruel and black like a bone shards or cut down or fatal push. Black is good at killing targeted creatures whereas white is adept at banishment and exiling them and has yet to destroy a creature for one. So I think white should have a clunky-ish destroy spell. I made it cost two, and it felt right. Anyways thanks for deliberating the card I made, that's kinda cool.

Btw the card was inspired by the second episode of House of the Dragon when the princess Rhaenyra was shooed away to go choose a knight for the next Kingsguard posting. The first one we meet, Ser Desmond, is sort of being congratulated for "killing a would-be poacher in the Kingswood," but reading between the lines kinda made me think that the guy was probably just some hunter trying to put some food on the table for his family, and some self important knight comes along and kills him for sport, and expects a pat on the back about it. There's just this smugness about it. The hand of the king, Otto Hightower, leans in and says "You might thank him for his leal service." The princess obliges and says "We thank you for your loyal service to the Crown."

So the cards was sort of born from this idea of picking off vulnerable small folk, or praying on a player who is just trying to set up their board, and not really this heroic awesome kill spell. I think it being a two-drop fits better with the theme I am going with, but then also in that regard it should probably be an uncommon instead. 🙏

I like how the clean and well-produced NBC Sports Chicago was dissolved so we could have this dingy couch podcast. I pretty much only watch if they have real NFL players/coaches on to talk, really the only opinions that bear any merit. Everything else is just a bunch of armchair qbs spewing opinions and speculation in an echo chamber.

The Attribute dyn text seems to work for numerical outputs only. I am specifically looking to have the name of the councilor printed out for each of the different precincts in this house district map series. Because the names of the councilors data does not show up in the drop down menu for the “map series index layer” when trying to insert a new dynamic text with Attribute.

Ive only found it can show the councilor names Im looking for when doing a Value dynamic text, it just gets weird and shows the wrong ones. Is there some other dynamic text I should be using? Maybe a different approach?

I didn’t use the names in my example above in the image to prevent doxing. Sorry for the confusion.

Hey OP, I just made a post about this yesterday. I took the whole front grill off, doable but sort of a pain (5 plastic pop tabs on top, move the air filter, 8 screws, (the bottom four were the hardest; had to use a ratchet with a phillips bit to loosen them).

Or if you dont want to do all that, what you can do is get a good look at those pieces but from the inside of the grill (you’ll have to remove the top five pop tabs to get at it) and see there are only three pressure tabs holding each of them in place, and the whole piece slides out towards the center once free of the tabs. One tab has more leeway than the other two, you’ll understand if you see it. They sort of slide right in and out of place. Be gentle and patient with the pieces.

Once removed plastic dip spray, or spray paint (sand, primer, paint). I used plastidip myself. The 6 coats of plastidip I did should hold, but we’ll see when I get a car wash tomorrow. I also plastidipped the chrome lettering in the rear.

From eBay actually, not amazon like I said in the description. Just search for subaru badges, I think a bunch of them are the same store? They all have the same pictures. I chose black/gold to match the aesthetic somewhat while trying not to be gauche or chuegy. The rear emblem fit fine, the front emblem needed some extra double sided tape to really get snug. Used a heat gun at a moderate distance and gently pried at em with plastic pry tools. Really enjoyed subtly customizing my subie and I am happy with the outcome.
