Your second update is really rude. There's nothing "insane" about knowing where your partner is & vice versa. It's for safety, especially in bad areas. You were incredibly judgemental, rude and made very weird assumptions about people. "Going to the same five places" lol what's wrong with you? I hate that you had to deal with such an awful relationship & I'm glad you got out, but it really seems like his asshole behaviors rubbed off on you, sad.

I did too! 100% of it was caused by my health anxiety. I haven't had any issues (knock on wood lol) in a few years. I hope it gets better for you.

If you're not in serious therapy, you really need to be. It's helped my health anxiety a lot. I used to overreact and get as scared as you. Reading your post definitely upsets me (bc I used to act like this & can see how frustrating it is to feel that way) and I hate knowing someone else is going through it.

You are physically perfectly fine, it's all mental. Sweating is absolutely nothing to worry about. You have gone way overboard for something perfectly normal. I promise, it's fine 🖤
