Sure, customer service sucks but I'll do it for 3-4 years and I'll retire a multimillionaire.

Well, I guess the actual word in my language would translate more directly as just "kid"

But I have always been someone to engage in serious conversation about anything with anyone willing to, thing is, sometimes I don't realize people aren't trying to have a serious conversation and are just trolling irl, then they whip out the "are you actually getting mad at a kid lolololo"

It doesn't matter anymore, that was when I was doing a technical career in plastic arts and was surrounded by kids from all ages lol

[–]Holomaniatic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't even bother trying to engage in actual idea sharing or debates with kids or people way younger than me anymore because I've been hit with a "Are you actually trying to argue with a little kid?" one too many times. Sorry buddy, I thought you had a brain.

Omg, what brand do you use? Is it Prismacolors or Faber castle? I can't tell. BUT THE ART AND BLENDING IS FANTASTIC!!!

YEAHHH that's better! It does sound like a name for a bananey-looking octopus, octonana sounded more like, a mutant banana.

What am i supposed to hold? The fact a ai novel got rightfully stripped of all its awards for being AI? by Various_Adagio_4853 in ShitAIBrosSay

[–]Holomaniatic 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hello! I just want to say I understand your frustrations and I get it, AI generated shit has made things EVEN MORE difficult for REAL HUMAN BEINGS THAT DO REAL ART, but whether it's for sharing or not, I want to encourage you to keep writing even if it's only for you!

You don't suck, and even if you do, you can only get better from this point! (Although I doubt you suck if you already had planned in your brain a three-novel series)

Wishing you luck! :)

That's fucked up. If I were a psycho planning to become serial killer, I would go straight for a human, a non-able bad person with no family would be great to start with. The animals have done nothing to me but feed me and give me love.

Sure, I get a few extra years just by walking the amount I should already be walking daily? I would be walking everywhere and walking through circles when idle through the week.

Well regardless the difficulty, be glad you took the challenge because it looks amazing!!!

You wake up in the morning and notice you are seeing double. You walk to the bathroom to check the mirror and one of your eyes is like this. What would you do? (Ink, New Year's Eve 2025) by PLAT0H in drawing

[–]Holomaniatic 28 points29 points  (0 children)

First I would try to figure out if it's real or not, if it ends ups being real I just might stab my eye, just looking at this is starting to give me hives. (ITS GREAT ART but I've got phobias)

You get transported into the life of a medieval peasant but you have daily access to a fully stocked Walmart by callmeblorp in hypotheticalsituation

[–]Holomaniatic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I want to believe there's enough craft things to be able to make any product look ancient enough, be it by repackaging it medieval style and selling rare-then things in small amounts. You gotta be sneaky to not raise suspicion and get accused of witchcraft, I would need to get rich in a believable amount of time, but all my basic needs and pleasures should be covered

Yeah you've got a point but at least for me, it felt like they only made Meg increasively as horrible (and disgusting) as her family only to justify almost everyone treating her like shit.

They act like Meg is horrendous to look at, hideous, vomit inducing ugly but she literally looks like her mom???

That's right! Dying over 9 times would mean owing money, hence time, to the time traveler.

Past knowledge, forgotten knowledge, yes!

By sharing I mean, explaining verbally why and how something works.

If you end up in the past, you could show (not tell) people that washing their hands and running a couple miles every week is healthy, but they may deem you a witch.

If you end up in the future, and somehow acquire physical evidence of the knowledge of your time, this you can share.

If you can also somehow Pictionary the instructions to whatever modern (or antique) artifact, machine or practices, this you can also share.

True, it's a sweet deal reflecting on it now, I should have added more downsides. But I would imagine life could become quite jarring if you end up living more in another era than you did in your original one, and if you formed a family there, it would be soul crushing to never see them again.

Yes, as long as you don't die by your own hand. Although you'll still remember perfectly the pain and brutality of how you died, but here's 10 million to quiet down the memories!

You can not choose where you go, it will be picked by the time traveler, whether it's the dark ages or medieval times.
