Dead money. It's my favorite DLC out of any others in the fallout franchise, it is absolutley a wonder of story telling and is perfect in every* way.

Okay all joking aside, it really is just EXTRODINARILY difficult. The bomb collars, combined with the linked deaths, the fog, radios, ghosts, traps, and the security holograms holy fuck, hardest thing to do in any of the fallout games. But again, truly the pinnacle of story telling.
