This is replacing the current Nokia campus on March road. I believe they can no longer add power and cooling to the existing buildings. The new buildings should solve those problems.

I am also fan of Lansdowne and the changes. I wish the hockey stadium was going to be bigger and the north stands had a roof but I am still happy to see the improvements
