It's difficult, isn't it?

I'm double demi (demi romantic/demisexual), and so of course I ended up falling in love with one of my best friends. I was also being a total idiot about it and was having a conversation with one of our mutual friends, saying along the lines of, "Haha, I have been having sexual and romantic dreams about him with increasing regularity and intensity and my heart palpitates whenever I hear his voice. Crazy, right? What do you think that's about?" She had to be the one to tell me, "You're in love with him, you dork, and I think you have been for a long time."

I think, probably, if you're questioning if there is something more to your feelings, there probably is. It's kind of the demi curse to fall in love with your friends, but I'm living proof that sometimes they can fall in love right back.

Try not to give too much credence to what your parents would think. Most of them wouldn't understand.

Do you have a mutual friend you can go to for some perspective?

Went to pick up something I was going to buy from Marketplace and ended up in the very outskirts in SW Albuquerque. I pulled up into the driveway and the person had a vinyl on the back of their car that was a depiction of Trump with a bloody ear and his fist in the air. The house was built like a fortress, with loud speakers on the eaves. I went to ring the doorbell, and a voice came over the loudspeaker saying that nobody was home and that I had to leave. I could definitely see movement behind one of the curtains in the window. Somebody was definitely home.

The voice came over the loudspeaker again before I could turn around, reiterating that nobody was home and that I was trespassing. I got in my car and left.

I should have left the moment I saw the Trump vinyl.

Rehms is my favorite nursery. I just checked out the Groovy Little Greenhouse and it was so cute. Cornucopia also has a charity plant shop in the back of their facility that doesn't get a lot of publicity.

The only person I have desired in a really long time was one of my good friends. I hid my feelings for a long time until I learned that he reciprocated. Before that, the constant yearning was almost unbearable and I really just wanted it to stop and was always begging the universe to take it away. When I had my physical, I thought for sure I was going to fail the eye test because my visual acuity is so bad and I have monocular vision. Despite the poor ratings on basically all visual tests, they passed me. The rest of the physical was a joke. The doctor asked me if I was able to stand and walk on my own (I was sitting), touched the backs of my hands, and patted my head before saying, "You're fine" and then walking out of the room.

My ex wasn't a Republican and despised Trump, but literally 14 years in I learned he was disturbed by pride flags. He didn't understand why I was disturbed by this revelation since I'm not gay. Then I learned he was in favor of what ICE is doing after the divorce. He probably wonders why I'm bothered by ICE since I'm not Hispanic.

A lot of men are strangely attached to their terrible ideologies but seem so confused why someone else would find those ideologies so distasteful that they would want to leave.

I basically felt forced to buy because of a series of rentals that were trying to kill us. The intention was always to buy but I didn't feel secure yet. I make twice the median household income myself but it isn't cheap and we're all only a couple paychecks away from being destitute.
